Learn CBT- based techniques to overcome fears related to panic and or agorpahobia enclosed spaces, driving, travel, school, blood, crowded places.

Facilitated by an experienced lead therapist who will support you in identifying the main type of anxiety-provoking situations, in understanding the rationale for the treatment pathway, and in learning and implementing techniques.

In monitoring progress and reviewing the end of treatment, and planning how to maintain progress. Assessment is 1 hour, and treatment is about 45 minutes; these are flexible based on the level of needs.

Learn CBT-based techniques that will help you to face your fears whilst allowing obsessive thoughts to occur without correcting or neutralizing them with compulsions. Work with an expert therapist who will support you in identifying the main type of OCD-related difficulty, in understanding the rationale basis for the treatment pathway, and in learning and implementing techniques.

Learn how to manage trauma, reduce fear and avoidance, develop coping skills, build trust, and challenge unhelpful beliefs. Treatment could be Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing, Trauma-focused cognitive behaviour therapy depending on the nature of the trauma: death, accident, rape, racism, bullying, job loss etc
